Rental Options

The Evergreen is available for your use.

We are open for alternate use of our facility by the community. We will make the facility available for use at a very reasonable amount. We particularly support non-profit groups and may reduce or omit rental fees for them.

Rental Use

  • Entertainment (Private/Public) – music, theatre
  • Weddings – Ceremony/Small Reception
  • Meetings, seminars, book launches. (projector and screen available).
  • Drum Circles, Jams
  • Yoga, art and other such classes.
  • Rehearsal space (musical or theatre).
  • Events, Shows Other…

Bar service available (if required)

Provided by Evergreen volunteers and/or board members – using our licence, our provisions, and bar service. All proceeds to the Evergreen.

Bar Set-up $100.00 minimum

Basic Rental Fees

Availability when the theatre is not in use

Fees dependant on Profit or Non-Profit Event – negotiable

Short Term (Daily) 

  • Full-Day   $150.00
  • Morning  $ 50.00

Long Term (Monthly)*

  • Scheduled or Hourly                  Negotiable

*Monday thru Wednesday unless special event request

  • Heat and power costs included in the rental fee
  • Snow Removal (if necessary-possible exceptions) included in the rental fee
