The Evergreen Theatre is a not-for-profit registered charity with a CRA number.
The theatre receives support from four tiers:
- Government
- Memberships
- Donations
- Volunteers and attendees
Government
Small theatres such as the Evergreen rely heavily on government funding to keep our doors open. We appreciate the level of support that we receive.
Membership
The Membership program newly launched in 2022 is a win/win! Check out the benefits and you will see that becoming a Member is well worth the $75 annual fee!
Donation
Over the past 20-plus years of operation, the theatre has benefited from donations large and small from folks who support our small theatre. This was particularly important during the construction of our new addition.
All donations are appreciated. Evergreen Theatre (Fundy Folk Association) is a registered charitable organization and tax-deductible receipts are available for all donations.

Volunteers are essential to the success of the Evergreen Theatre. We appreciate the dedication of our volunteers who put up posters, tend the box office and bar, create our programs, do minor maintenance, fundraise and the list goes on!
