6. Policies, Refunds & Winter Storms
- Listening Room Etiquette:
The Evergreen Theatre is celebrated as a true listening room. Please silence all mobile phones before showtime. We kindly ask that conversations be saved for the lobby and intermission so everyone can enjoy the intimacy of the performance. - Ticket Exchanges:
All ticket sales are final; however, if you are unable to attend, we are pleased to exchange your tickets for another upcoming performance in our season. Contact us at evergreentheatre@gmail.com or (902) 825-6834 as early as possible before showtime. - Sold-Out Shows & Waitlist:
When an intimate 115-seat show sells out, we maintain an official cancellation waitlist. Email evergreentheatre@gmail.com with your name, phone number, and requested number of tickets or give us a call at (902) 825-6834. If seats open up, we contact waitlisted patrons in order of receipt. - Winter Storm Policy:
If severe winter weather or dangerous road conditions force a show postponement, we make the call by early afternoon on show day. We immediately post updates on Facebook page and email all ticket holders. Tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date or can be exchanged.
